Sinace this is our last meeting before Christmas, we are having a bit of a social as well. So, bring some Christmas cheer as we wella s your favourite Christmas Nibbles/snacks.

We are welcoming in the New Year with a visit with Sam, who is a qualified Reike Practiioner from Northern Light Reiki and retreats

Nutrition and Health

They say we are what we eat! Therfore we have asked a nutritionist to come and explain all about nutrition and the benefits. She will be focusing on our gut, our second brain, and its importance to our health.

March is our AGM. Plus we may not have Paul and Pru, but we can still have our own Mad Hatters WI Bake off!
